Lack of transparency in sales deal . . partially my fault but when I signed the deal they said they’d discount had to discount car 3800 to get zero down.. upon final review of my financia . partially my fault but when I signed the deal they said they’d discount had to discount car 3800 to get zero down.. upon final review of my financial statements they didn’t discount it at all. Konner went above and beyond. That does not even scratch the surface to begin how helpful he was. First, he made a custom video for us to see the car before possibly coming up to That does not even scratch the surface to begin how helpful he was. First, he made a custom video for us to see the car before possibly coming up to Beaver. We live in NE Cobb and it would be almost an hour drive to get there. Konner then drove the vehicle to our house so we could test drive it! This made things so much easier for us because limited time during the week to make it to Cumming to see the vehicle. Once we decided we wanted to move forward, doing the paperwork from our house was so much easier. Lastly, instead of driving up to Cumming the next day, Konner again offered to drive our new car to us and take the trade in back. This saved us so much time in the process, probably 4 hours worth of driving, not to mention the time that would have been spent doing paperwork in the dealership. It was way more comfortable sorting out buying a car from our own driveway as opposed to a dealer. Konner had world class customer service in making this car purchase happen for us. More
