From the first conversation, he took the time to truly listen to my concerns, acknowledge the past issues, and work with me in a way that felt genuine and respectful. Korey has been consistent, responsive, and transparent, giving me the answers I’ve been searching for and restoring a sense of trust that had been lost. For the first time since this process began, I feel like my situation actually matters. I’m not being treated like just another number or transaction, but like a real person whose time, concerns, and experience are valued.
