After a poor experience dealing with the representative who sold me my RAV 4 XLE Premium, I was delighted to be matched with Kou Vang. This is the first vehicle I have ever driven that does not start with a key . ( I have driven many different makes & models over the past 57 years.) Kou was very reassuring and never made me feel ill at ease for making sure I understood exactly how things work in this vehicle. Kou rocks. We usually buy from private owners because we were scared of dealerships 🤣. But we didn’t feel pressured or rushed.
