This care was certified per-owned with under 20K miles (exactly what I was looking for). First I inquired about this vehicle thru their website and I test drove the car next day. The salesman was very laid back and he did not push me to purchase this vehicle same day. I finally picked up this vehicle couple weeks later and got an excellent deal. The finance manager was very through and helpful though out the loan process. He returns the call in timely manner even after closing the deal almost three weeks ago. More

Within an hour they located "our" car and arranged for future delivery. The paperwork went very smoothly with Koushi in Finance. Because we live out-of-state there were extra hoops to jump through and all the hurdles were taken care of. They were even willing to transfer the rear bike hitch and front towing bar (we have an RV) if possible. After the sale Kathy in Titling did a great job helping us with the paperwork we needed for our home state. We had lots of phone conversations and she did great! All-in-all a pleasant experience. There were a couple minor issues with paperwork and a small missing part on the car (which came from an out-of-state dealer), but they were fixed quickly and correctly. A very professional operation. This review details my experience with purchasing a 2012 Honda Pilot Ex-L from Honda of Superstition Springs. I found the vehicle I was interested in via their web site. I had done some research and knew Honda Pilot Ex-L from Honda of Superstition Springs. I found the vehicle I was interested in via their web site. I had done some research and knew what I wanted to pay for the vehicle. I inquired about the Pilot through their web site and received a prompt reply. The price quoted in the return email met my expectations, so I sent another email asking them to provide me with an out-the-door price detailing the purchase price, fees, taxes, etc. They did and so I told them I would be in that evening to purchase the vehicle. When I arrived, my wife and I were greeted warmly, shown the vehicle we intended to purchase and then walked through the process of buying the SUV. Everyone we dealt with was professional, courteous, helpful, and most importantly, honest. There were no surprises. All of the figures we had agreed upon earlier in the day via email were the same when we arrived to make the purchase -- no bait and switch games. My sales reps (Mike and Paul) were spectacular (Mike for his work in making sure all of the details of our email conversation were met and Paul for his helpful, laid-back manner and excellent knowledge of the vehicle and its features/options). Paul gave us a great orientation to our new Pilot. Our finance rep was also very professional and made the tedious work of signing all of the documents actually enjoyable. He didn't push unwanted warranties or dealer-offered programs. He simply asked if we were interested and when we declined, he moved on. Thank you to everyone at Honda of Superstition Springs who made our experience purchasing our first Pilot one of the best car buying experiences of our lives. I will be sure to recommend Honda of Superstition Springs to anyone I know who's interested in purchasing a new vehicle -- and I'll be sure to see you next time my wife and I are in need of a new Honda.
