Unfair practices of showing you a lower total price on the website until you get in the showroom, trickery is their game!! I was led to believe my trade of $4650 would be honored and even told that was a the website until you get in the showroom, trickery is their game!! I was led to believe my trade of $4650 would be honored and even told that was a “ low ball “ number since they are desperate for trades. After driving four hours, I’m told I would get $1000 for my trade, although I had a guaranteed offer from Edmunds of $3700. They are not a honest outfit. I wasted a whole day and $$$ in tolls and gas to play their game. But I WON!! I LEFT. They can be dishonest again on Monday to someone else, get their pennies on commission and enjoy their frozen TV dinner. There ARE better dealerships!! More

He had done his homework and had some prices and I have been leasing for over 25 years so we were both educated consumers. We worked with Kristina Villafona and she was PERFECT! She gave us competitive pricing all the while making sure we were informed of all available (Military, Non Chrysler Family Lease, Top Tier Credit Score) discounts, she was patient with our questions and inquiries and NEVER pressured us to make the deal. She gave us ample time to make our decision, provided us with an opportunity to test drive the exact car we were considering and even got involved with the Service Dept. on our behalf re: a minor incident (loose airbag wire connection) after we took delivery. If I could give her 10 stars I would. Only reason I did not give the dealer 5 stars is because of an incident with a member of their Finance Dept. causing us some angst and requiring a return visit to the dealership, the problem was eventually resolved with the help of Dominic in Finance. All in all a very positive experience and when my non-Chrysler lease is up in 2 years and if the Jeep fits my needs I will certainly visit this dealer and seek out Kristina to do my dealing with. Sales girl was totally clueless. Came in with my wife looking for Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited with certain options. The sales girl Christina. She did not know the different sub models or options packages. I knew more than her after being on the Jeep website the prior night for about 30 minutes or so. Long story short, she blew the deal, basically I had to convince her to test drive the truck. She even made me help pull the car out , as it was behind two other Jeeps. Seemed as if she didnt want to drive the car at all. So after getting our own car out. And teaching myself about the options on that particular Vehicle. I then had to back car back into a very tight spot in the back lot. At that point she left us alone for about 20-25 minutes. Then came back with a very long winded Manager. He told us with no money down we had to pay 469 a month. That later turned into 534 a month, with $3400 down. I asked Christina if the price was final. She said it was. Then it gets raised over sixty dollars a month. She also said that was $0 down. I asked her about 3 or 4 times, You sure thats zero down? She said yes and laughed. So after being told $3400 + dollars down and a raise of $60 a month. I went to Browns and got the car for $419 a month with just 1st months payment and motor vehicle fee's. About $500 out of my pocket. So skip the BS store and go to Browns. Also, they had a group of younger men sitting in a corner cursing and saying very rude things aloud. That was in front of out 4 year old daughter that we do not curse in front of. Well, she got an ear full that evening. They were Loud, Rude, Crude and Obnoxious! And one guy just laughed very loud. Actually brought my kid to tears. No class losers, Bums, Dirtbags! Do not buy here. NO product knowledge at all. No sales skills. And a very unprofessional staff. There were some other things over heard by some other employees there. But they shouldnt be repeated here. As they may be too rude to post up! Thank You. Vinny. More
