The tires were initially installed incorrectly, with the inside of the tires mounted on the outside. This posed a safety hazard to my family and me, increasing the risk of hydroplaning in wet conditions. I had to return on May 9, 2025, to have the tires remounted correctly according to the manufacturer's guidelines. I inquired about the instant rebate on May 9, 2025, and was told I would receive an answer on May 10, 2025. Despite sending an email on May 10, 2025, I received no response. My expectations were not met. Today, May 12, 2025, around 3:30 p.m., I called three times, and each call was disconnected after several rings. I then went to the dealership and finally received the promised instant rebate. Everything was completed (which I appreciate), just not as it should have been the first time.
