I brought my car in for a diagnostic, and they were able to identify the issue. At that time, I was told they did not have the part needed for the repair. An appointment was scheduled 2 days later to fix it to identify the issue. At that time, I was told they did not have the part needed for the repair. An appointment was scheduled 2 days later to fix it. However, when the day of the appointment arrived, I received a call saying they still did not have the part. I’m confused as to why an appointment was scheduled in the first place when the required part wasn’t available. This resulted in wasted time and could have been avoided with better communication and planning. More
