One of the worst car dealerships I’ve ever dealt with. Not only are they shady they also have no problem leaving a veteran with a disabled child without a vehicle and no answers for weeks. They sold a wheelchair van to a desperate mother that had nothing but problems since the purchase. They also sold her a “platinum” warranty for $3500 which only covered 12,000 miles. Then after the vehicle left this mother on the side of the road she had it towed to a local service station. She reached out to find out how to initiate a warranty claim and was told by Amber that in order to have repairs covered she would need to have it towed to them. Once the warranty claim was made she would get reimbursed. The dealership is a 180 mile tow from where this mother lives. The tow cost her $676. After having the vehicle for TEN days they still had no answers and no solution, they hadn’t even diagnosed it for her to obtain a rental vehicle. I spoke with the service manager Kurt who was unhelpful and didn’t have any empathy to the situation. After getting nowhere with Kurt I spoke with who I was told was the sales manager Adam. Neither of which called me back as they both stated they would with some answers. After a few days and no answer from Adam the mother called once again to find out the status on her vehicle, Adam proceeded to tell her “this is the first I’m hearing of it” but in fact I have him on audio recording so he’s a big fat liar. This dealership will go to any lengths to gain profit with no regard to the buyer whatsoever. They’ve got no regard for a disabled child who has a 600# power chair and leaving the mother with bo transportation to work or to be able to pick up her child. Living in rural Vermont with limited transportation options her only option to transport him costs a minimum of $100 PER TRIP. I would avoid this dealership at all costs. This chair of dealerships cares nothing about clients and only about lining their pockets. Absolutely disgusting and vile people. More

Not only am I on my second leased Equinox, but Kurt in service always takes care of all of my service needs. He keeps me informed while my vehicle is in the shop and explains what was done when I pick it service always takes care of all of my service needs.
