Kyi completely turned things around. He took the time to understand where I was coming from, explained everything clearly, and gave me honest, straightforward options without any pressure. He treated me like a real person, not just a number. In the end, I was able to get into a 2017 Cadillac Escalade Premium Luxury — and for the first time in a while, the numbers actually made sense. What really impressed me is that we were able to do the whole deal remotely, without ever stepping foot in the dealership.
