It was easy to get through to their customer service for me to have service done to my van and it didn’t take long they had my car for about 2 days at the most and then i’m getting a call saying my vehicle me to have service done to my van and it didn’t take long they had my car for about 2 days at the most and then i’m getting a call saying my vehicle was ready i like there service and i will give them a 100% for the work they do More

I have bought and serviced my vehicle from Griffin's Hub for the las 3 years and I would never take my vehicle anywhere else for service. 11 Days of ownership and refused to fix major problem As a Veteran I've never received such Horrible, horrible, horrible mistreatment as a customer. I purchased a 2011 Chevy Cruze on the 21st of December As a Veteran I've never received such Horrible, horrible, horrible mistreatment as a customer. I purchased a 2011 Chevy Cruze on the 21st of December 2017. Drove it home.. Heat didn't work. Brought it back the next day and they fixed it. Called the 4th of January due to oil smell and they asked me to leave it there. I could not so I scheduled an appointment. 1st of all they tried to charge me $100 to diagnose the problem. Then when I refused, they did it for free. Checked it out. Told me it was the oil cooler and it was $900. I had the car for 11 days! Really? $900 and its my fault! Don't even consider a purchase from them. Shameless tactics and lack of ethics. So much for being a reputable dealership. More
