Do not buy a vehicle from Kyle who is the owner of The Auto Parlor. He deliberately cleared check engine codes on a vehicle and sold it to me as a working vehicle, less than 4 hours after leaving his lot More

The Auto Parlor responded

First we are sorry that you feel that way and we are sorry you are angry. When posting though please make sure that the true facts are stated when you make a post. You purchased a vehicle for $5400.00 that was sold AS IS and you signed the Missouri AS IS buyers guide knowing that. The vehicle was Missouri State Inspected which we showed you and you had to have that when you went and registered the vehicle. You were offered an extended service plan which you declined. You also test drove the vehicle several times left for a day came back drove it again to make sure you were comfortable buying the car. You also called someone several times while at the store getting advice. You asked for a discount because “ of the condition of the car” which we gave you. In the state of Missouri when you buy a vehicle AS IS it means if you drive the vehicle off of the lot and it breaks into two pieces you own both halves. No one can predict when a part will fail. It is always a risk on a preowned vehicle. Especially on one that is $5400.00 with the miles and year this one is. But, if the vehicle really needs 5000.00 worth of work with the way that you looked at it and drove it you would not have purchased it. You went over it very well and took your time looking at it. Also, when you walk into a business cussing, yelling, making sexual comments as threats we will not, under any circumstance put up with that childish behavior. We are sorry that you have buyers remorse and we suggest you take it and trade it in somewhere else that you feel more comfortable with and get a vehicle that you like.
