DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE TO THIS DEALERSHIP FOR SERVICE! My experiance with this dealership is NOT what I expected from Lexus. Started with making an appointment on their website. Website would not save My experiance with this dealership is NOT what I expected from Lexus. Started with making an appointment on their website. Website would not save the appointment. After multiple attempts, I gave up and called. Got a 9:30am appointment. Arrived 10 minutes early and was told to wait on the side and someone would assist me. After waiting 20 minutes, I see the service adviser taking someone else that had just arrived. When I mentioned this, he stated that he had not seen me. After the service was done (an oil change), I paid and left. When I arrived home and looked closely at the bill, I noticed they had charged me for a 6 cylinder engine, not a 4 cylinder. After multiple phone calls, due to disconnections and hangups, I was told that I would receive a credit to my card. Called on Monday morning and asked to speak with the service manager. All calls were sent to voice mail or was disconnected. Asked to speak with the General Manager, Larry Jackson, and left a voice mail since he did not answer. I have called back multiple times on several days with the same result. I ended up contacting Lexus corporate and filing a complaint. Lets see what happens. More
