The salesperson was not pushy in any way and answered my questions. When I did decide which car to purchase the car when I picked it up had a full tank of gas and was clean. When they realized the floor mats were missing they found another set and put them in. Haley called a few days later to see if I had any questions about the car or how to work any of the features. The main thing I liked about this dealership is that they were not pushy and were interested in answering my questions. To me that makes car shopping a more pleasant experience. It was so nice to have reassurance about the information I was given and be able to negotiate price. She even picked me up at the train station nearby when I came to get the car. She was also very fair with the price. She introduced me to her supervisor who was very accommodating and fair as well. When I picked up the car they were very prepared and as a result I was able to get in and out very quickly. They were able to explain what I was signing very clearly which made me feel comfortable. I would recommend Classis Chevrolet and Cadillac anybody! I would especially recommend Amanda. She is the best car salesperson I have dealt with.
