Very satisfied with my recent visit to Crown Toyota. I had a recall repaired and had our RAV4 fluids and battery checked with winter being around the corner. The battery did not pass the Toyota standard I had a recall repaired and had our RAV4 fluids and battery checked with winter being around the corner. The battery did not pass the Toyota standards and I had it replaced. I called several other auto parts stores to check on pricing. Crown was very competitive with their 25% discount. I was well pleased with my service advisor Larry as he kept me updated on the progress of the recall repair and came and talked to me after the inspection under the hood and the recommendation of replacing the battery. The entire work was also completed in a very timely manner. More
