Paid $1200 for transport in my loan, they were unable to arrange it timely, so I went to pick it up and drove it 36 hours home and they have been giving me the run around for 3 months about the refund of th arrange it timely, so I went to pick it up and drove it 36 hours home and they have been giving me the run around for 3 months about the refund of the $1200. They were sending it to me then to my bank then to me again then back to the bank. No one has received it and now they won’t respond. Very dishonest people. Bottom line , you were paid for a service you did not provide. More

The sales person and dealership was very professional and courteous in how they treated me. This is my first time buying a car online and having it shipped from another state. While most of the process was s courteous in how they treated me. This is my first time buying a car online and having it shipped from another state. While most of the process was smooth, I did run into some issues with shipping delays and getting the title to the vehicle. All in all, between buying the car, getting the car, and having it properly titled, it took over a month, and I had to get two temporary tags. With all this said, the sales person and the dealership was very responsive and professional, and helped me through the whole ordeal. More

Called about a 2024 Tesla Model S that sold before I could get to it but my salesperson (Starla) informed me of a 2022 Plaid that just came off the truck. Black on black, everything I wanted.
