Why so long? Had to change oil and coolant and was told 2 hours maybe 2 1/2 hours but it took longer than their estimate even though they said nothing was wrong a Had to change oil and coolant and was told 2 hours maybe 2 1/2 hours but it took longer than their estimate even though they said nothing was wrong and I brought my car in on schedule. I could bring my car for an express oil change so to change my coolant takes more than 2 hours? More

Poor overall service. Service with no smile & took to long. And poor communication & follow up. Service people seemed like robot did not want to be there not very friendly. Able to fix my carplay😃 Very thankful that Honda was able to fix my CarPlay. Bad experience on the services When to Honda Windward for an oil changed and check on power steering problem (noise). They told me it will take 3 hours, but I waited for 6 hours. F When to Honda Windward for an oil changed and check on power steering problem (noise). They told me it will take 3 hours, but I waited for 6 hours. Finally, they said it's done. Went to pick up my car and saw this additional $21 for tire rotation. Can't believed they charged me for something I didn't ask for. I just bought my tires 5 months ago. I was not happy with the bill, so the guy agrees to take off from the invoice. For the power steering, I asked him what's wrong with it. He said it started to leak on the power steering. So, I asked did they fixed it? He said no, but they will see if it leak a lot next time. I waiting for 6 hours and you didn't do anything? This service is so unacceptable. More
