had an outstanding experience with the Bo Beuckman Ford Service Department and couldn’t be more impressed. The entire team was professional, friendly, and efficient, but I especially want to highlight how Service Department and couldn’t be more impressed. Despite an incredibly busy schedule, Jeremy went out of his way to fit me in and make sure my vehicle was taken care of without delay. His communication was clear, his attitude was positive, and he genuinely made the process stress-free. The work was completed promptly and done right the first time. I called about a recall. They said that they would order the part and call me at the end of the week. Three weeks later I called and they said the person I spoke to retired a They said that they would order the part and call me at the end of the week. Three weeks later I called and they said the person I spoke to retired and “ I guess nobody called”. The service experience had been improving, but now I guess I will have to go back to Sunset Ford. It’s a shame since purchased at least 9 vehicles there. More
