My Review of Pape Subaru:
I had an exceptional experience at Pape Subaru. I found David Lara to be extremely attentive to my needs and goals in the purchase of a new Impresa Premium 5 door vehicle. I appreciated David’s time and attention to details. I have had some great and not so great experiences in the past at purchasing cars. Pape Subaru offered outstanding customer service in a highly professional atmosphere. They were extremely thorough, trustworthy, fair, and answered all my questions completely.

My Review of Pape Subaru:
A car is one of the biggest purchases you will make in your lifetime. I researched many vehicles and kept coming back to the Subaru Forester. I started looking in 2009 and finally purchased my new Forester in April of 2011. I had been working with Mr. Rick O'Neal for many months and he helped me with all my questions and together we negotiated a price I felt comfortable with. He let me know about all the extra products and services that were available to make my Subaru exactly what I needed. He is very knowledgeable about the Subaru line and its products and its nice to deal with someone who has experience. Making this purchase I felt confident working with him and his team as they prepared my car and it was even delivered to my home. I have has my car for about a month and Mr. O'Neal has followed up by calling me to make sure that I am still happy with my purchase. When it comes time to trade in this Subaru there is no doubt where I will be going and seeing.

My Review of Pape Subaru:
They made the car buying experience very simple and actually fun! The turn around time was less than 24 hours until I had my new car--which was not in their lot. I will and have highly recommended them to my family & friends for their car purchases.
