The negotiation process was very open and we agreed upon trade in value and financing rates with ease. Every step of the process was easy and there was no high pressure sales like car buying can sometimes be. Laura in the financing office explained the many pages of paperwork in detail and there was no hard sale for extended warranties. More

I bought a used car. Not the worst experience but could have been better. I was expecting to pick it up with a full tank of gas however, I had about 80 miles to empty. I didn’t feel as if that was a huge deal compared to the fact they messed up the tax on the buyers order and then called me half an hour before showing up to “compromise” with me. Not even 24 hours later and I’m starting to feel what might be a misfire so thankfully I bought a service contract but still. Like I said, not the worst BUT not the greatest. Huy was great at trying to advocate for me as the buyer and he did what he could to make me feel better about the situation. More

The day after we took delivery of our new vehicle, we were advised that our sales rep was no longer with the delivery. The issue is that the rep incorrectly assigned our vehicles ownership to another per were advised that our sales rep was no longer with the delivery. The issue is that the rep incorrectly assigned our vehicles ownership to another person that he delivered a car for the same day as ours. It's been 3 weeks now and there still is no resolution to this. I've spent hours dealing with this issue. The dealership has been trying to help fix this and activate our Bluelink but can only do so much. They advised me to work with Bluelink customer service. After 4 calls to them, they said they needed to open a ticket with their engineering dept and to expect a response within 7 to 10 days. This whole process has been a nightmare and completely unacceptable. Today, I asked for a new vehicle but they said that they couldn't do that. More

Background: I traded 2 vehicles and purchased a new 2025 Tucson SEL on 11/31/2025. I requested the installation of a trailer hitch. I was told it would be ordered right away, and I would be kept informed as Tucson SEL on 11/31/2025. I requested the installation of a trailer hitch. I was told it would be ordered right away, and I would be kept informed as to the status of the installation. I was told I would have a loaner vehicle to drive during the installation period. I received no updates so on 11/13 I sent a text to the dealership. I received a reply that the status of the hitch would be looked into, and they would be in touch shortly. On 11/17, getting no update, I sent another text. I received a reply on 11/18 from someone who did not identify themselves that it would be looked into ASAP. It is now 11/25, still no update. Customer service appears not to be a priority at Bennett Hyundai. Put this customer in the totally unsatisfied category! More
