Love this dealership. Have bought 3 vehicles here. They always give a nice dealer discount plus all available incentives, and have given us good value for our trades too. My wife wanted a 2021 Jeep Cherokee Limited. My wife works long hours and it was impossible for her to go to the dealership and test drive one and/or complete paperwork. We live in Jamestown NC about 3 works long hours and it was impossible for her to go to the dealership and test drive one and/or complete paperwork. We live in Jamestown NC about 35 miles from the dealership. I was able to go to the dealership and after some negotiation, make a fair deal that I thought my wife and I could accept. I took the deal home and we agreed that if she liked the Jeep after a test drive, we would finalize the deal. The next day I called Eddie Daye to let him know what we had decided but she was unable to go to the dealership to test drive it or sign any paperwork. Eddie Daye bent over backwards to accommodate us. Eddie offered to bring the new Jeep, paperwork, pick up our car and let us keep the new Jeep overnight so my wife could test drive it. Needless to say, she loved it. We signed the paperwork that night in front of a notary and I took the paperwork back to the dealership the next day and finalized the deal. Our salesman, Eddie Daye was straight up with me during the negotiations and did not pressure me to buy the new Jeep. He answered every question, and if he didn't know the answer, he would go and immediately find the answer. There was no waiting around. Eddie was very knowledgeable of their products and went over in great detail all the options on the Jeep and how to use them when I took delivery. Eddie and I had to call and text each other several times and he always responded immediately with answers. My wife made the comment that this was the smoothest trade she had ever experienced. Thank you all at North Point Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram Fiat for your help and professionalism.
