Took my 2013 srx in due to a abs light on with also a power steering warning light on. The stabilitrac warning light was also on. Robert from the service department called the next day and told me the co power steering warning light on. The stabilitrac warning light was also on. Robert from the service department called the next day and told me the codes had been analyzed and the car needed EBCM GMPART 20842710. Robert also went on to tell me that the part was obsolete and could not be located at any dealer anywhere. He said the only option he could offer is for me to find the part in the aftermarket and bring it in and they would program and install it for $949.95+ tax.when I asked why the part was obsolete he said they started doing that with parts for cars 10 yrs or older. When I started looking for the part I found it was used on model years 2011-2016. 2016 is not 10 years old. After looking over the weekend I only found the part at junk yards and the pricing was excessive. I decided to pick the vehicle up and keep searching for the part so I could take it in to be programmed and installed. I was surprised to find that they were charging me $174 for diagnostics to tell me they could not fix it due the fact that GM discontinued carrying the part. Robert said it was because the tech had to spend the time on it trying to program it. How is it my fault that GM does not sell the part any longer needed to fix the problem. I had to pay the fee in order to get the keys to my car. I hope the $174 helps CADILLAC OF KNOXVILLE more than it would have helped me. I would never charge anyone for trying to repair their vehicle and not being successful when the reason was because the part was discontinued by the company that produced that vehicle. More

We bought a new 2020 Cadillac in May of 2020. I will never purchase another Cadillac, I have been so dissatisfied. We have taken it back in the shop 4-5 times I'm pretty sure this is the 5th time but I never purchase another Cadillac, I have been so dissatisfied. We have taken it back in the shop 4-5 times I'm pretty sure this is the 5th time but I have lost count. The customer service has been horrible. The staff wasn't friendly when I picked up or returned my loaner the multiple times. We have been promised for the car to be detailed for our inconvenience twice when it was in and all that we could tell was it may have got washed. The last problem has been with the camera which wasn't fixed. We was told to bring it back in. My husband told the service manager that we had to take off work early each time we was bringing it in. He instructed my husband that he would have a car brought to my work and mine picked up. The car that was brought was totally disgusting! I found a dirty band-aid in the glove box!! I didn't look at the car before he left or I would not have accepted it. The rental agreement from the previous driver was laying in the back seat, so it is very obvious that it wasn't cleaned in between customers. I understand they can't help the issues the car is having but the least they could do is take care of their customers and make them feel like they are being taken care of and care about the problem they are having. I am totally disgusted with my purchase and customer service!! More

My experience at the dealer has always been awesome. We purchased a new car from Cadallic of Knoxville and from that day forth we have enjoyed great service and great treatment. I bought my SRX from Mike Petsuck and he has always been great to work with. Everyone has always been pleasant to me and my wife and our visits have always been great. I have never had a dealer treat us as we are at Cadallic, I love it! Great place and I would recommend them to anyone. More

excellent service and staff I purchased and have had service performed on my 2013 ATS from the beginning. All personnel have always been kind, courteous, and highly professional I purchased and have had service performed on my 2013 ATS from the beginning. All personnel have always been kind, courteous, and highly professional. Service is scheduled and performed on time and service advisers keep me updated on service progress. The vehicle is always returned to me clean. Recently, I had service and a few minor items were unaddressed. The Business Development Manager, Leah Moir ensured those missing items were forwarded to me. Most organizations would have ignored my minor issues, but Leah went out of the way to make sure the items got closed. Leah's actions demonstrate Cadillac of Knoxville's philosophy that the customer is #1 More
