I had to point out any damage to the exterior in a video. It wasn't disclosed upfront. I flu from another state, and discovered damage to the bumper. We went round and round exchanging pictures. Finally the manager told me to send me an estimate from some low end used car dealership for an estimate. For a quality paint job to match the vehicle, the bumper needs to be removed and repainted. Needless to say, I wanted a quality repair. I went to a real body shop, and sent in an estimate. I got the infamous mailer demon multiple times. I asked the manager for his contact info so I can send the estimate directly to him. He responded with "Just send it to your sales person.". I contacted the sales person who I was dealing with, and they said to try sending it to finance. A week later, I mentioned I haven't heard anything back. The sales person told me to send it to them, and it would get forwarded. I'm not certain if it didn't get forwarded, or the manager had no intent on contacting me about the estimate. I made a comment about this, and got no response from the sales person. This dealership has ruined to buying online experience, and if I ever purchase online again it will be through someone reputable like Carvana, or Carmax. How frustrating! This experience took the enjoyment out of buying a newer car. More

I would like to give 4. 5 but anyways, slight knock for their financing, make sure you get your own from a local credit union. I love my car. I want to start with that. I do love it; however, I was sent a video. In the video they pointed out the rip in the top - like zoomed in and really sh I want to start with that. They did not do that for the crack in the front fender, or the scraps down the side or the mirror. I was a little disappointed in that since I was buying the car in PA and having it shipped. The financing side of it was also really confusing. I had a balance of X which somehow became X + $268.00. Financing was also a bit of a nightmare. My salesman was great. I really enjoyed working with him - he always answered any of my questions, even after hours and was readily available for me. I appreciated that a lot since I was buying out of state and never seeing the car. I would recommend purchasing in person or getting a second party inspection. Again, I do love my car, and I appreciate everything the dealership did for me, but there are somethings I am just not to sure about. All in all, mechanically, the car is perfect, and I guess in the end that is what is really important. More
