Unprofessional and unethical practices happening at this dealership. Staff lacks knowledge on their cars. Selling tactics are used to make a quick sale omitting facts about the car that are essential a this dealership. Staff lacks knowledge on their cars. Selling tactics are used to make a quick sale omitting facts about the car that are essential and important to the consumer. After waiting for 6 hours because they were attending other customers, we were rushed to finalize the financial portion with no details or explanation on contract disclosures. Simply because they wanted to go home. Contract was signed on 1/7/2022 for a 2023 Mustang Mach-E. The car was in their lot until 1/19/2022 with the excuse of RMV delays. We called to get updates where vague answers were given. Which ultimately was done intentionally to hold us from our rights. At the time of picking up the car, no run down of functions were given, we had to do guess work to figure out how everything works, sales person had absolutely no knowledge about the car. We later find out that the car was not inspected nor was the registration in the glove compartment. We had to drive up to pick it up because they said they had lost it when we called. A printed copy from the RMV website was provided, the document was dated 1/13/2022 which means car was sitting in the lot for an additional 6 days. Then the nightmare began. Unfortunately, the car has not met the specifications signed upon. Mileage rebate and battery doesn’t come close to what they advertised. Now we are facing a very difficult time where they knocked us from our cooling off/ remorse period deliberately and won’t take the car back. While we’ve only had the car in our possession for merely 3 days. Giving us the only option for buy back of the lease putting us at a loss of our $6,500 deposit that we had put down plus having to pay the taxes on the vehicle plus, and having to pay taxes on a new vehicle leaving us with a loss of almost $15,000. Overall, a horrible experience! General manager, Armando and sales manager Steve, are rude and condescending. Dismissing our issue and stating that they are not interested in helping us with the issue and to take it somewhere else. That’s exactly what I will do, go somewhere that customers are respected and their rights are valued. More

Matt was great! ! I test drove a car and wasn't sure so he looked through the inventory to find me something...I was still unsure. He did not pressure me at all...I l ! I returned the next day, drove the same car again, loved it and bought it!! Everyone there was friendly, helpful and most of all very patient! Highly recommend Salem Ford!! More

Excellent service provided by your whole team. I was buying a highlander but their sales person was rude. When we walked into Salem Ford your team was the most customer friendly and provided exce I was buying a highlander but their sales person was rude. When we walked into Salem Ford your team was the most customer friendly and provided excellent service. I never had so much fun spending $50k. Thank you all for your service.
