They didn't seem super attentive to their customers. I was also told when I purchased my 2026 GV70 that I would have service pick up and delivery. When I called, they said I lived too far away. My understanding was that they would come get it if it was within 100 miles. I am about half of that. They were uninterested.

What a great guy! He and his team treated me with respect and kindness I’ve never received at any dealership. My last experience at Gower Ford was awful, so this was a breath of fresh air! Even the man I worked in financing was great. He got me the exact rate I requested, that I worked very hard to earn. There were a few minor issues with the car I noticed, mentioned to Cecil, and he along with Les agreed to my requests to fix. I dropped my car off a few days later, Les called me up the next day, my car is now perfect! I know if I ever need anything, some advice about my car or need some maintenance, those fellas are just a phone call or text away. I highly recommend Genesis, and will continue to look at this dealership before any others.,Last thing, Cecil offered me a ride home so my wife could leave during the paperwork signing, and in case something didn’t go through. Literally the first time I met or spoke to the man. I hope that says something.
