Levorn was wonderful and I appreciate everything he did for us. As far as the dealership goes, I do not plan on doing business again with them in the future, especially when it comes to a used vehicle. The for us. They didn't even bother to try to clean the car before we got there, stating they didn't have enough time. Even though we gave them 4 days notice we were coming. They didn't clean it because they didn't want to waste the time cleaning it when someone was going to buy it. Also, I found the certified used car manager to be very rude. I do not mind haggling, but I don't appreciate being talked down to and she was very disrespectful. The car was missing multiple things including the headrests on the backseat. She only agreed to order them because I pointed out it was a safety issue, And I had to drive back up there to receive them even though I live almost 2 hours away. They also couldn't be bothered to give me gas for driving up there. I don't know how new car sales go there, but as far as used cars they obviously don't put any effort into making them presentable on the market. More

Purchased a 2019 Honda cash money on March 1,2024 started having problems with it got it towed to Bob Boyote Honda on April 11, 2024 they stated that it had 12 quarts of oil so when I called Gray Daniels for having problems with it got it towed to Bob Boyote Honda on April 11, 2024 they stated that it had 12 quarts of oil so when I called Gray Daniels for help she said they couldn’t help and the car was just purchased in March. So please check other dealerships or carefully look at your vehicle before spending your hard earned money. More
