so i purchase/lease a car in september, and trade in my lease car to them.so dealer took in my lease car, i show them my pay off balance and they agree to paid.however, they delay paying off my car about a lease car to them.so dealer took in my lease car, i show them my pay off balance and they agree to paid.however, they delay paying off my car about a month. i got late payment notification from ***** finance becuase they didnt pay. i went back in to talk to them and took them like 45 ~ 50 days from the day i trade in to payoff my car. so later i receive a mail from ***** finance says there is balance is not been paid for aroudn $383. i went back in to talk to them they say they only will pay off the pay off balance what ever the balance is ask me to find out why. however, i check w/ ***** finance and they told me because is a lease vehicle so whoever pay off the balance dealer or me, there will be a turn-in fee that will be charge that is not show in pay off balance. and dealer suppose know and they should take care of it. so i went back to the dealer and tell them about this, one of the finance manager is been rude and telling they dont know about this and they dont care is not their issue i need to take care of it myself. so i went back again talk to the sales manager and he told me this is not what they take care of and maybe i should go pay this half and half. but to me as customer, i trade in my car already, i no longer own the vehicle and this suppose take care by the dealer, why i have to suffer and still paying something i dont own?and hte sales manager says its okay you dont want to paid becuase they wont pay it either and my credit score will suffer and its not their business. with this type of attitute i dont even know why they still in bsuiness they dont care about customer they care about their sales only. this issue suppose be taking care by the dealer, but now as customer im suffering from buying/leasing car from them. More

I found the perfect car at the perfect price but when I went to talk to the sales person, the actual price of the car was $7500 more than advertised. Classic bait and switch! The additional money is for “accessories “ and is not optional. This covers such things as key replacement, paint less dent repair, etc.-services which I will probably never use. They also ran several credit checks (?) which resulted in a big decrease in my credit rating. After the deal was done and I had time to review the paperwork, I had several questions. Attempts to reach anyone by phone is IMPOSSIBLE because every one’s mailbox is full. I sent an email to the general manager and did not get a response. Once they sell you the car, they don’t want to have anything to do with you. This is the kind of dealership that reinforces the stereotype of the fast talking, car salesman. The car I bought is great. It’s just a shame that dealing with these people is so stressful. More

This was the funest dealership we ever shopped at. They had the truck of our dreams. Everything went great until it was time to crunch the numbers. The deal we drove 100 miles to get dissappeared. Their explanation was that our credit rating was too good to get the lower sale price because we qualified for 2.9% finanacing. They said that the to give us both the lower price and the lower interest was double dipping. They didn't completly rip us off, but we didn't save a dime after going so far out of our way. More

:: Comprehensive review :: In the end, I got the truck I wanted at the price I wanted to pay. Leadership at the dealership - 2 stars Duke walker - 5 stars Iraiis - 5 star delivery Please, please, wanted at the price I wanted to pay. Leadership at the dealership - 2 stars Duke walker - 5 stars Iraiis - 5 star delivery Please, please, please look out for yourself when visiting this dealership so you aren’t taken advantage of. I was able to keep a level head and get what I felt like was a good deal on the truck I want. ProTips: - Apparently they “don’t accept outside outside financing”. They even denied using my pre approval from Navy Federal Credit Union… which felt wrong from a company so pro-military as dodge/ Ram advertises itself to be. - If you can get your own financing, do it. It creates a lot more negotiation leverage. - The “dealer discount” on their website is a lure to get you on the lot. They have a “mandatory $6995 interior / exterior protections coating package” that apparently comes on every car sold on the lot. - Car buying in general- I told everyone to bring your flowers everyone bring flowers like I want Merilyn be showered with flowers like at minimum bring flowers flowers look like I’ll dumbasses can’t figure this out here and she want to go potty Pay attention to the interest rate they offer and the out the door price only… don’t fall into the trap of how much a monthly payment is. Use an online loan calculator on your phone to compare the “total amount paid” to what they are offering. Sales person walked up to me and openly told me “I’m new and don’t know much about trucks”. I was OK with this because I did my research before coming there. He was good conversation and nice. I was lured there by a $8000 “dealer discount” on the internet. Then promptly told there was a $7000 protection package that comes on all cars… which negates the discount. I get it, marketing. I chose the truck I wanted and they told me that they are running a deal for a low interest rate. Before I let them run my credit, to try to beat the pre-approval rate I came there with, I asked them 2x … “ARE YOU SURE THAT RATE APPLIES TO THE TRUCK I WANT?” Both times, they said yes. I told them I want a 60 MONTH loan. When the rate came back they apologized and said “IT DOESNT APPLY TO THE CAR YOU WANT”. The quote was for double my pre approval rate. I was livid. The manager came over and apologized after I laid it out for him. Then they denied my outside financing. From Navy Federal. Told me to refinance after 3 months of payments. Felt a lot like, “so we can get credit on our books for your loan” After some further negotiation, the manager told me “the lowest interest rate they could go” and adjusted the price to match what my other loan would cost in total. I accepted. When I went to the money guys for the signatures, he started running over the agreements and he quotes me x.xx% for 72 MONTHs… Again, they are trying to get their pound of flesh sneaking in more months of payments. The finance guy walked out, came back in and said when they listened to me and adjusted the application to reflect 60 MONTHS, my rate had dropped 0.30% more than “the lowest they could go”. I ended up getting the truck I wanted for $13,000 less than they initially quoted me. Paying the same as I would have if they have accepted my pre-approval on the MSRP plus taxes. Minus their $7000 “mandatory” protection package. More
