The dealership is ok. .frustrating that I get a coupon for a oil change for $79, I take my truck in and have the service done, then a few days later I get another coupon fo .frustrating that I get a coupon for a oil change for $79, I take my truck in and have the service done, then a few days later I get another coupon for the same service for $69..Elk Grove Dodge is convenient for me, but not my favorite due to the issues when I purchased my 2021 Ram 1500…including not having floor mats and having to wait over a week to have them sent to me, while there were other trucks of the same model in the lot with mats…license plate frame with mix match screws…lots of recalls..leaking rear light seal and window costing me almost $3,000 in damage, with my truck tied up at your facility for 7 weeks…I like the truck a lot, it is comfortable, but I really will look at Ford for my next truck purchase, a lot more reliable and highly recommended by my friends and family. More
