I was told shuttle service isn't offered for oil change and tire rotation customers. That's a big inconvenience. My truck is also making noise after the tire rotation. I will always have my 2022 Ram serviced here at your dealership. My last experience was good. However, it took awhile to get anyone in the service department on the phone. I dropped my Ram off last Friday and wasn’t provided an update until my wife called on Tuesday. I like actually talking to a person not an AI lady named Mia. I tried twice using the service portal by message and by phone on Monday with no response. Just a courtesy. More

Dealership tried to charge us over $600 for trying to fix problem. Turns out the alternator battery was bad. Dealership was trying to charge us $200 for a battery where no where online showed that it cost th problem. Turns out the alternator battery was bad. Dealership was trying to charge us $200 for a battery where no where online showed that it cost that much. We decided to just pickup the van and do it ourselves. Turns out the battery in the van was still under warranty and it was the same battery the dealership was trying to have us buy. They should have replaced our battery for free. Instead they're all about trying to get every last penny out of people. They only care about money rather than customers. 10/10 would not recommend them. More

The service itself was fine. The only problem I had was getting phone calls returned. I could never get through to a person, so I left at least 3 voicemails at different points a The only problem I had was getting phone calls returned. I could never get through to a person, so I left at least 3 voicemails at different points and never got a return call, forcing me to stop by in person to communicate and know that my message had been received. (And I live about 9 miles from the dealership, so this was not convenient at all.) More
