Took my car in 9/9/23 to have a part replaced. Six hours later I was still waiting and no one came out to inform me about my car. If it wasn’t for Lisa coming over to me to see why I was still Six hours later I was still waiting and no one came out to inform me about my car. If it wasn’t for Lisa coming over to me to see why I was still there I probably would still be sitting there. It took her about 15 minutes to find out what was wrong with my car and give me a loaner. She was wonderful! Even thought I only dealt with George for less then a half hour he was also very helpful to me. After having a horrible experience these two individuals made everything okay. More

Lisa in particular is totally awesome. My car was picked up and delivered and no charge because of warranties and what not. All of the service agents are friendly and looking out for us.
