Very disorganized , they act as if we ad customers are bothering them. Not very attentive. They need a class on customer service . Understaffed that makes their problems even worse. Dog hair all behind the seat and above each visor somehow dog hair all up on the visor as well the console on the sides all had Brown looked like mud all over it.. my work van in service took Lisa 3 days to dog hair all up on the visor as well the console on the sides all had Brown looked like mud all over it.. my work van in service took Lisa 3 days to get back to me did not fix my work van and I lost six vacation days for no reason at all except for poor service ..mud flaps on new truckmissing rivets flopping around in the wind loud!!!!!!!! Don't think I'll be doing business with Cape Coral dogs anymore I am a repeat customer should not have such poor service. More

Kept Jeep one week for oxygen sensor replacements as check engine light on. Parts didn’t come in timely. Also fixed switch on driver window. Paid almost $1,900. I don’t drive far and 2 days after got ca check engine light on. Parts didn’t come in timely. Also fixed switch on driver window. Paid almost $1,900. I don’t drive far and 2 days after got car back at 36,944 miles check engine light came back on. So disgusted haven’t even notified dealership yet as not paying any more $ More
