Not even worthy of one star! After 6 months of promises to get me the $1000 rebate I am due, they did nothing! GM (Andy Flynn), Sales Mgrs (Pedro Acosta and Brian Roberts) and office manager (Katie) never to get me the $1000 rebate I am due, they did nothing! GM (Andy Flynn), Sales Mgrs (Pedro Acosta and Brian Roberts) and office manager (Katie) never responded to me once. They screwed up when they submitted my car deal (per email from salesperson) and didn't fix it. I did everything per their instructions and got screwed out of $1000 in accessories! Years ago I worked for a dealer for ten years- this stuff is not rocket science but they were clueless! This behavior is what gives car dealers a bad name! I would never buy help any of their poorly run businesses again. My sales person (Austin Snyder) tried to help but wasn't able to get anything done. Lots of promises- zero kept. BUYER BEWARE! More
