Loren was able to squeeze me in right away and kept me informed throughout the process. He was gentle with his inquiries and really calmed my nerves. After 1.5hrs of service, they were able to get me back on the road and safely back to Milwaukee where my car was taken directly to my trusty mechanic. If you have to have engine trouble amidst a backdrop of a winter blizzard, this is definitely the place you want to land. Super grateful! More
