Lorena Martinez, service tech handled all my problems and transportation effectively. She met me at my car and listened to my concerns I expressed. She asked me additional questions about my Q7’s performance transportation effectively. She met me at my car and listened to my concerns I expressed. She asked me additional questions about my Q7’s performance - taking notes and we then went into the office and completed the paperwork. She arranged for a Lyft driver to take me to El Paseo shopping area. Set me up with text messaging to follow vehicle repairs and additional repairs recommended. A Lyft driver was ordered to return me to dealership where she further explained service issues. I made myself comfortable in the dealership and waited for confirmation all issues resolved. Lorena advised me about 45 minutes later that car was complete and she walked me out to my newly washed Q7!!! More

We have had a great experience with Audi of Rancho Mirage. We service our Audi here and our service advisor, Lorena, is extremely helpful and friendly.
