Autopark Honda really improved Took my car in for an oil change on Saturday and got it back within 3 hours without any problems. Much better experience in this dealership than I had last year and great excellent service by employee Lorin. She did a really great job. Removed 1 star because of the pressure to buy extended warranty 2 years ago for $2,630 which I hadnt had to use yet. Couldve used that $2,600 for something else, but no use crying over spilled milk. What is done is done, and currently I have a great experience at this dealership and better than Crown Honda of Southpointe and shorter wait. More

Nick was awesome My advisor was Nick, who came and found me when my work was done, and reviewed the results of the free, extremely detailed inspection of the vehicle My advisor was Nick, who came and found me when my work was done, and reviewed the results of the free, extremely detailed inspection of the vehicle that Technician Jimmy Lawson has completed and then, Nick walked me out to where my car had been parked.
