Excellent experience over all. The deal negotiation was very easy. Felt I got a great deal. However, someone double booked my salesman (Anh Pham) causing a multiple hour delay to g The deal negotiation was very easy. Felt I got a great deal. However, someone double booked my salesman (Anh Pham) causing a multiple hour delay to get to finance. Had a 4:30 appointment and didn’t leave with my car until 8:00. Completely unacceptable. And STOP selling insurance after the customer tells you he isn’t interested. Definite stain on the whole thing. More
