In regard to my excellent recent experience at Taylor Ford with your experienced salesman, Lou Horger, whom I now refer to as "The Hat Man". I stopped by for a few minutes one day in late June and was eyeballing various models in the parking lot when the "Hat Man" came up to me to offer any help and answer my questions, showing he is a "go getter", not sitting in his office chair. I was in a hurry, my being a Realtor with National Realty Centers, Livonia, to complete a sale of two commercial buildings I was working on nearby. The last day of June, I returned to see Louis Horger,remembering how helpfull he was, and had an excellent experience buying a new Taurus and trading in my Fusion. I said I want a "red Taurus", which is in short supply,and after a five state search by computer,he found one year Youngstown, Ohio, which Your team went to get and had it sitting by your front door the next afternoon by 5:00 P.M.when I came by to take delivery and turn in my Fusion. I drove out in the new red Taurus within the hour to make another realtor appointment by 6:30 P.M. But before I left, we took a picture of me and "Lou, The Hat man: by my new car.My best overall experience in buying a new car in years. By the way I sold the two commercial buildings in ten days.
