The sale person - Andrea Foucher went out of her way to get the paperwork and vehicle ready for my Mom's birthday. She even offered to assist my mother with becoming familer with the vehicle. I would recommend Andrea Foucher to anyone looking for a new ford vehicle.

My Review of Taylor Ford:
came into the dealer to get a price on a lease. Don Moon assisted in getting an appraisal for my current vehicle, spoke with the finance manager on my behalf, had the gap insurance and disability insurance already calculated into the price he quoted me. I arrived at 9:30 AM selected my vehicle, came back after lunch and had the new car keys in my hand by 1:30 PM. I have never had a vehicle purchase go so smoothly before. Don and everyone involved was GREAT.

My Review of Taylor Ford:
Jim Barker is the sales associate I turned to for my families second new vehicle purchase. I am always greeted warmly with a handshake and he always remember me and my wife. I feel like I can sit down and ask questions to any extent and he will answer them or find a solution for me. My sales experiences at Taylor Ford are first rate. My phone call are always return within minutes if I have to leave a message. With Jim's help and understanding of what we need as our households vehicles we now own a 2012 Focus and a 2010 Fusion. Jim makes sure that I am satisfied before we leave with a smile, handshake, and as always the door held open. I will be back again to see him for my next purchase.

My son & his wife were purchasing a car on the same day. In route from Mt. Pleasant their car broke down and Steve Miller sent a driver to pick them up so we could both complete our purchases. It was their first new car purchase ever and everyone at Taylor Ford made their purchase and ours pleasurable.

My Review of Taylor Ford:
Our recent lease of our Ford Explorer was one of the simplest and most pleasant automobile purchases my wife and I have experienced. Everything we had agreed upon was delivered, and there were no "surprises". The car was prepped nicely and Jim took the time to walk us through the car. Everyone was more than friendly and we would gladly make the 35 mile trek to purchase another car in the future.

MY VISIT TO TAYLOR FORD WAS ABSOLUTELY THE MOST PLEASANT TRIP TO A CAR DEALER I HAVE EVER HAD.FROM THE BEGINNING WHEN I WAS GREETED BY MR. SHIPLEY ALMOST IMMEDIATELY AFTER I GOT OUT OF MY CAR HE WAS PLEASANT AND VERY HELPFUL. HE LISTENED TO WHAT I WANTED ANSWERED ALL OF MY QUESTIONS AND WAS VERY PERSONABLE.ALL OF THE STAFF I DEALT WITH WERE VERY FRIENDLY.I HAVE BEN TO SEVERAL OTHER FORD DEALERS LATELY AND I WONT NAME NAMES BUT 1 I WALKED AROUND THE LOT FOR 45 MIN. WITHOUT EVEN BEING GREETED BY ANYONE. 1 OTHER I TALKED WITH SALES STAFF AND FELT LIKE I WAS ACTUALLY BOTHERING THEM. IF I COULD GIVE THIS DEALER A HIGHER RATING THAN 5 I WOULD. I WILL BE RETURNING TO TAYLOR FORD AND SCOTT SHIPLEY FOR THE REST OF MY CAR BUYING NEEDS.
