Lou was extremely helpful, didn't pressure me, answered all of my questions, initially, there for service on my then A7, I showed interest in purchasing a newer model and the numbers were right so I left all of my questions, initially, there for service on my then A7, I showed interest in purchasing a newer model and the numbers were right so I left with newer vehicle as a satisfied customer.
