Great service department and sales department. Hans, from finance, spent the entire week ignoring my calls and even ignored me when i showed up in person the first time. Be careful at this dealership. Tried to low ball trade-in by $3000, so know your vehicle's Kelly Blue Book trade-in value before you go. Salesman didn't show interest rate in writi Tried to low ball trade-in by $3000, so know your vehicle's Kelly Blue Book trade-in value before you go. Salesman didn't show interest rate in writing, and at signing it was 1% higher than what he said. Manager had our keys to evaluate trade-in, and kept them in his office for 45 minutes longer as if he was in a meeting. After we walked outside to wait in the cold January weather, the manager finally came outside and offered average trade-in value. Days later when we picked up our new vehicle, we had to wait an hour to get the temporary tags, which could of been done before we got there because they knew we'd be picking up on that day. Manager had the service department repair some trim on the vehicle because the glue was loose. It's still loose. More
