I've purchased 20+ cars and this was one of the worst car buying experiences. Being that it is a luxury brand, I expected it to be much different. My wife and I went into the dealership in July, just to look buying experiences. Being that it is a luxury brand, I expected it to be much different. My wife and I went into the dealership in July, just to look around. Our lease at the time wasn't up until October so we had plenty of time to decide on our next vehicle. 1. The entire sales process felt extremely pushy. Being asked 15x what has to happen for me to take the car that day. Once I agreed to get the car that day (which I hadn’t planned on), I ended up going back that evening to complete the purchase. 2. I have never turned a lease into a different dealership before. I was promised that payments would be made and I would be free and clear of the remaining lease payments and I would not have to pay anything else on the previous car. My wife and I asked at minimum 5x times each. It seems they said whatever I wanted to hear to close the deal. 3. We purchased the vehicle on July 9, 2025. Lexus didn't mail a check for the remaining payments until August 4th. Even worse, the leased vehicle was not picked up from Lexus until September 10th. It is now October 15th and there is a $487 balance on my lease account that is still open 3 months later for a disposition fee. Even though I was told numerous times I would not have to pay another dollar on the lease, I was told it is my responsibility. 4. While it may have been coincidence, I didn't like their sales tactics. As soon as we got back from the test drive and were weighing our decision, they pushed another couple to take the same car out. Seemed odd as we were poised to buy and they made it obvious for us to see. 5. Once we agreed to purchase, I had asked that they don't drill a license plate holder on the front bumper because we prefer not to have one on the front. (At the time of the test drive there was no front plate bracket). When we went back the same evening, the bracket was drilled into the front bumper. I negotiated in the purchase that they vinyl wrapped the emblems black. So when I brought the front bumper to their attention they said when I come in and have the emblems done they will fill in the bumper. I took it and the emblems were done, but then they said they couldn't do anything to repair the bumper unless I wanted to pay for a new one. While my wife absolutely loves the car, my next Lexus definitely won’t be from Mount Kisco. More

Romeo Leite, and the whole team at DARCARS Lexus of Mt. Kisco were fantastic! They worked hard to get me my 2025 NX 350h with the Luxury package - which is *tough* to find since Lexus doesn't make too many Kisco were fantastic! Sure enough Romeo pulled through, and was able to find exactly what we wanted. The car has been fantastic, and a huge upgrade from my 2016 NX! I've recommended other friends and family to check out DARCARS Lexus, and to ask for Romeo. If you're in the market for a Lexus, and you're reading this, I'm recommending them to you, too! I went to multiple lexus dealerships and was disappointed by the sales teams. I went through the Costco auto program and Mt. Kisco reached out to me within minutes. Lucas was a wonderful salesman, I was loo by the sales teams. I went through the Costco auto program and Mt. Kisco reached out to me within minutes. Lucas was a wonderful salesman, I was looking for a specific vehicle and he was able to find me one. Even with a few issues he was able to ease my stress and keep open communication. If you're looking to buy a Lexus I'd recommend asking for him. The manager Antonio was also able to help ease the pain over some frustrations. This dealership is about an hour away from me but if I had to get another I'd reach out to them first. More
