I was told that financing could meet my monthly payment amount with a reasonable APR financing. We then were told that the salespeople were wrong about APR and monthly payment and my payment and lease term are much higher than anticipated. The finance department also spelled my name wrong numerous times, so the bank has my loan under the incorrect name. I spoke to the financing manager and he told me it happens all the time — which it definitely shouldn’t! More
