Just wanted to say that Luke was great with my first ever experience at Lake Chevrolet! Also wanted to say the used car sales manager was very helpful as well with giving me other truck options! Went in for a Silverado but came out with a great Sierra! The finance team was incredible as well! While at the end of the day we did get the vehicle we were looking for at the price we were looking for, the experience was less than ideal. I do believe we may have just landed with the wrong sales pers were looking for at the price we were looking for, the experience was less than ideal. I do believe we may have just landed with the wrong sales person and sales manager. There were several issues we encountered at time of pick up and the sales manager was rude and seemed as if it was an inconvenience to him that we were buying the car. The sales person we worked with went on our test drive and instead of talking about the car he talked about his vehicle that he purchased and how he used to think the car we were driving was garbage. All of that to be said, we moved over to working with Luke and David after the sale to correct the issues and they have gone above and beyond. We greatly appreciate their willingness to correct the situation. More

During signing for a used vehicle I was given 2 proximity key fobs. I was even told how nice it was to have 2 considering they were about $400 to get a replacement. After a few days we noticed 1 was for a co key fobs. I was even told how nice it was to have 2 considering they were about $400 to get a replacement. After a few days we noticed 1 was for a completely different vehicle (same make). Contacted sales immediately and was told it would be looked into. Didn’t hear back for a week, reached out again and apparently they got it that way, so nothing will be done. The cost to replace it is apparently more than a customer experience or future business is worth. This was also a “car bravo certified” vehicle. So shows how good the inspection process for that is. More
