I wanted certain options that required me ordering my car rather than selecting off the lot. And because the order timing was in the period between model years it took a while to receive the car. But it was worth the wait and I was kept informed throughout the whole process. And final closure was a breeze. This dealership is very well run and made for a pleasurable experience. We appreciated working with Luke. However, it was a struggle getting through the paperwork because it was not explained well. The detailing of the car was unacceptable; we had to do i However, it was a struggle getting through the paperwork because it was not explained well. The detailing of the car was unacceptable; we had to do it ourselves later only to find issues that we were not informed of prior to purchase, such as small chips in the windshield, and some kind of nail polish on the upholstery. We hope that our future service will be up to what Mercedes known standards used to be. We do appreciate that most concerns were addressed and promised to be resolved. More
