Lynn and entire staff were knowledgeable, courteous, and helpful. No hard sell. Great financing (2.9%) on pre-owned cars. Greatly pleased with service, quality of vehicles on the lot, and the prices. Comparison shopped on the Internet and Jon Lancaster can't be beat. Would highly recommend Jon Lancaster Toyota to everyone.

My Review of Jon Lancaster Toyota & Scion :
Very good service, but very hasty and pushy when it comes to making a sale - as all dealerships are. I was constantly called during my classes, it became annoying. However, in the end everything turned out well.

I do wish they had explained some more things in the end, such as that I'd be getting my title in the mail. I had no loan information to go on at all, I had to call the bank, who didn't have records of me having a loan through them with Jon Lancaster. Finally, things fell into place a few weeks later and it was all squared away.

Overall, great service, just needs to provide a little bit more information and be less harassing.

Cust Serv and Qual are n/a as I was not there for service. Lynn and Matt were very friendly, the overall experience was fine and the price was good. I don't ever rate anything the highest possible as there is always room to improve any area no matter what.
