The first thing about Sierra Toyota was they were the only dealership which gave me an actual quote on the specific vehicle I was looking for. The rest of the dealerships sent me info on trims i had zero interest in. Lynn Burns made contact via an automated inquiry I made. He kept focus on only the vehicle I wanted and did not attempt to sway me to something else. I also had MANY questions during a 24 hour period before I bought the car and he took the time to answer them all. He always made it to priority to do as much as possible ahead of time so my time at the dealership would be limited. Mr. Burns showed me available options, but i won't say he tried to upsell me. By that, i mean there was zero pressure. I had various questions on some of the available options. He took the time to look into those questions and provide me with accurate answers. I never felt as if he was trying to lie to me. I very much appreciate that. Prior dealerships tried to sell me things without explanation and only told me answers they thought i wanted to here. Not so at Sierra Toyota. Mr. Burns is an honest associate and I will recommend him to others who are looking to purchasing a vehicle in the future. Thank you Mr. Burns. More

He spent quite a bit of time with us and we enjoyed our conversation, but he understood that we were not ready to buy yet. He did not contact us for a week which we appreciated and his call was short and sweet just checking in to see how our research was going. There wasn't any high pressure sell. After more research we decided that we wanted to look at the RAV4 Hybrid. He had one on the lot that he wanted us to be able to test drive as he thought it would meet our needs, so we were there the next morning. After the test drive we fell in love with it. Lynn could not have been more helpful and patient with us. The negotiations went very well and we were very pleased with the end result. By mid afternoon we had sealed the deal. We also dealt with Brian Moldenhauer and he was very helpful and professional also. We are normally guarded and don't necessarily appreciate pushy sales people, but Lynn proved to be a extremely helpful resource in our Toyota purchase. Thank you Lynn!!! D & R More
