I drove almost 5 hours and I asked the dealer to be honest with me before my trip to them to be honest with me if the car got any scratches or stains , they confirmed that it's in mint condition with n honest with me before my trip to them to be honest with me if the car got any scratches or stains , they confirmed that it's in mint condition with no stains or scratches....I was shocked when I saw it..dents ,.scratches, birds dropping stain, the tires were not the same brand, it was just a big lie from them , I asked them to work with me on the price, they were so rude and they took advantage of me driving 5 hours to them , and they already know that the car is a gift for my daughter in her birthday (she is a cancer patient) , I ended up buying the car because I didn't have any other choice because her birthday was next day ...I gave her the car and I could see her looking at the defects on it but she showed me that she appreciated... I end up spending over $2000 to make the car as the condition as I expected.. Honestly I don't recommend this dealership to anyone, take your business to other dealership who appreciates you and your business. More

WOW! I am 78 yrs old and have been buying new cars since i was 18 yrs old ,that is 60 yrs of buying new and used cars. I must say i have never had a better buying event like i had with Al Hendrickson Toyota! I bought a new car for my wife ,my son and myself and it went smooth as glass. But the most important was all the people i came in contact with who worked for Al, my wife , son and myself are still talking to each other about what a wonderful car buying time we had there. Everyone of the people we came in contact with went out of there way to make the sale so wonderful! i have tell about this : I was coming out of the men room and still had a paper towel in my hand when this environmental Lady held her hand out to throw the paper towel away for me! Something that simple impressed me so very much i could go on forever telling what wonderful help i got at Als. I need to makes sure i tell what a great salesman we had Manny (Manuel) Granadillo...what a great Sales Advisor! My wife , son and myself thank you from the bottom of hearts for making these three car sales so nice!!! More
