My car is smoking now can’t drive it and spending money on a rental because I can’t get in until December. I have called 3 times and left a message with the service manager. I took my truck in for its first annual service. I found the service writer to be very professional and informative to the work being done. Worst service I’ve ever had. $120k Denali ultimate and I felt like I had to beg for warranty help and several of the items I turned it in for were not fixed after having it for o $120k Denali ultimate and I felt like I had to beg for warranty help and several of the items I turned it in for were not fixed after having it for over 2 months. My wife’s Lexus dealership is a million miles ahead of you in customer service. If they sold a 2500 diesel, there is no question that I would be driving a Lexus or Toyota truck. I’ve owned 7 Denali’s and this will be my last after this experience. More

While under some difficult issues, Corwin GMC service department has come through for me on a regular basis. Unfortunately, the local dealership can not control a vehicle recall that is a manufacturer i department has come through for me on a regular basis. Unfortunately, the local dealership can not control a vehicle recall that is a manufacturer issue. But, the dealership can move mountains to lessen the impact of pain a long term fix can ultimately take. This is exactly what Corwin Buick GMC Cadillac of Reno did for me. They didn't have to go to the extent they did with the brand new loaner vehicle that was delivered and left with me for three weeks racking up a ton of miles. They did this because it was the right thing to do. Thank you to EVERYONE at Corwin GMC for your continued support and help through difficult situations. More
