Horrible experience! I have tried twice to use their service department since it is the closest location. Both times I was treated poorly. I felt dismissed and was not gi I have tried twice to use their service department since it is the closest location. Both times I was treated poorly. I felt dismissed and was not given truthful information. I was asked to spend money on a brand new car that was not my responsibility. I did my own local research on the part needed and easily found dealerships in the area that had it in stock when I was blatantly told in person those locations did not have it and it was on back order! I found service elsewhere on the same day where I was treated respectfully and my needs were met with ease. There was no runaround with information and there was communication carried out that was necessary to make sure the cost did not fall onto me. Shame on this service department for wasting my day unnecessarily and shame on them for not taking the initiative to make sure I was happy. BMW service personnel at any location should treat BMW owners properly. More
