I’ve unfortunately had a bad experience with Coconut Mazda from the very beginning. The first time I brought my car in for an oil change, it was a disaster. We made an appointment over the phone, but Mazda from the very beginning. The first time I brought my car in for an oil change, it was a disaster. We made an appointment over the phone, but when we arrived at the dealership, they told us there was no appointment in the system. Apparently, the person who scheduled it was a salesperson who wasn’t supposed to do that. We spoke with the manager at the time, and he allowed the service to be done anyway. However, something was done incorrectly, and I had to bring the car back. They kept my car for almost a month. During that time, they gave me a smaller loaner car, and I even had to pay tolls out of pocket, even though the situation wasn’t my fault. When I finally got my car back, I noticed they had changed my license plate frame without my permission and replaced it with a Coconut Mazda frame. I decided to give them another chance and went back two more times for oil changes. I was always charged $85 without tire rotation. However, the last time I went, the service advisor told me that price was never correct and that it should be $119 for my CX-9. At first, he didn’t believe me when I said I had been paying $85. I showed him that when I made the appointment online, I selected the basic service for that price. In the end, I was charged $140 for an oil change and rotation, which I find ridiculous. When they noticed I was asking to speak with a manager, they called me back and tried to explain things differently, but by then I was already very frustrated. Overall, this has been a very disappointing experience, and I don’t feel confident returning. More
