I was charged double what I originally signed off on to pay for. It’s very upsetting because I didn’t agree to an extra service charge, I had my car in for a diagnostic and originally said it needs done in pay for. It’s very upsetting because I didn’t agree to an extra service charge, I had my car in for a diagnostic and originally said it needs done in one day. Last minute I was able to have it stay overnight to FINISH THE ORIGINAL APPOINTMENT and apparently all you need to do to approve a $209.00 charge is say it’s ok for them to finish the diagnostic. I was charged double the original amount, AND SHE DID NOT state I’d be paying twice as much as I agreed to. And when I brought this up, the best she could do is take $40 off of the price. It was not enough and I should not have been charged that much. I want a refund. More
